Mission Viejo, CA

Just 20 minutes inland from the stunning coast of California lies our second office. With a recent move-in, the California team is now surrounded by endless attractions and endless recreational opportunities with a newly remodeled space.

Located in South Orange County in the Saddleback Valley, Mission Viejo’s population just exceeds 100,000. “Named the safest city in the US in 2007” by Morgan Quitno Press, this mainly residential community features a large number of single-family homes, a community college, a man-made recreational lake and a popular mall in addition to other shopping and entertainment areas.

THMED’s Operations department makes the business of placing people possible. Through dedication and a passion for helping people, this team ensures all of our temporary and government healthcare professionals have completed the necessary steps to begin their assignments. 


THMED’s accounting is full of engaging and problem-solving individuals. In such a team, a high level of collaboration with all levels of employees is necessary, so communication and teamwork skills are must-have skills here. You’ll also get the opportunity to work with vendors and clients. 

Medestar - Business Development

The Medestar Business Development makes the introduction of our services to healthcare facilities in need. You’ll gain a keen understanding of how care is delivered in different settings, and earn a place as a trusted resource for patient care coverage.

Medestar Recruiter

It all starts with people, and the Recruiter position is where relationship-building and tenacity will thrive. As a Recruiter at Medestar, you will connect people with great opportunities every day. Here, you will develop a pipeline of candidates who rely on you for new and challenging assignments. 

Medestar Account Manager

A Medestar Account Manager makes the final match between a healthcare provider and an open need possible. Fast-pace and detail-oriented, the work is exciting and requires a strong commitment to customer service, timeliness, and great communication.

Human Resources

Our HR team unlike the rest in our company has a direct influence and positive impact on the employees in the company. For those that love helping others, this role can lead to human connection and the satisfaction of having an in-person impact on your fellow colleagues from the hiring process to training and other admin needs.

Fidelis - Business Development

Our Business Development team is the face of our services in the marketplace. Frequently traveling and attending conferences, this group meets directly with executives in healthcare to help them meet their recruitment and growth goals. This job is about relationships, salesmanship, and consultation.
